AMS Loves 8th Graders!
We are excited to announce the beginning of Senior Season at Audubon. The month of February is a celebration of our 8th grade students who are on track for culmination. Audubon Eagles are encouraged to achieve a minimum of a 2.5 GPA to demonstrate they are ready to transition to high school. Our students must EARN at least 20 hours of community service.
Before we begin the Senior Season – our 8th grade parents are asked to attend the 2nd Mandatory eighth grade Parent Meeting on Thursday, February 6, 2014 from 6pm – 7pm in the school auditorium. The 8th grade senior packet will go on sale at the meeting. Parents bring your checkbook! The 8th grade students have voted and the Class of 2014 name, colors, song and the 8th grade calendar for Spring Semester will be distributed at the meeting on Thursday.
8th Grade students have used Technology to democratically vote for their exciting Class colors, Class Song, Class T Shirt Design, and were allowed to use their Cell phones during homeroom and the computers in the school library to make their voices heard! We applaud them for their participation!
