On Friday, January 29, 2016 the Audubon students and staff celebrated the Annual Spelling Bee. Over 75 students participated in the Spelling Bee in a rigorous Spelling Bee reminiscent of the Scripps National Spelling Bee. Congratulations to all the participants!

Over 500 Audubon 6th and 7th Grade Students experienced their Fourth Annual Junior Achievement Takeover!! Students developed their Business Blueprints for Success.

The 8th grade leadership raised 70 pairs of socks and $250 through their Sock Hop event and they chose to donate it to the Shalom Children's Home, an orphanage in El Salvador. Audubon students making a global impact!

Our Lead Learner, C. Young will be available in a digital Sip-N-Chat today, Monday, January 18, 2016 to discuss three topics important to parents and 8th grade students. Grab your cell phone, computer, or digital device as we engage in a 45 minute discussion - 6pm Tonight! Hear from the principal directly on your burning questions that relate to the Audubon community!

On Tuesday, January 19, 2016 8th Graders will take their PSAT's! Audubon 8th Grade students will have the opportunity to take the PSAT's in preparation for High School SAT's. The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) is a standardized test administered by the College Board and cosponsored by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation in the United States.

As Technology continues to arrive at Audubon MS - Ms. Joanna Fuller empowered her 8th Grade Homeroom in room 132 to step into the future of technology with a full hands on SAMSUNG Presentation! It's Time to Read! Please review with your child the books they would like to purchase this week. Be very careful with the money you send to school this week for your child to participate in the Scholastic Book Fair by purchasing books and small items that will be on sale in the School Library!
